Awesome, you came back!! Thanks for visiting!
Before I recently redesigned my blog, I had a list of projects that were done/pending/upcoming in my sidebar. It seemed to be too bulky, so I decided to make a separate page to keep track of and share some of my crafts. I very rarely do crafts without some kind of inspiration or tutorial, so at very least, maybe this list will give you some inspiration of your own. It’s a win-win here, right?
So without further ado and in no particular order, here’s my list of projects I wish to accomplish some time in the near future.
The List:
- A Teepee for the corner of the playroom, to replace our current reading corner, using this tutorial from Smile and Wave!
- A Knit Waistband Skirt or two, ala Altered Cloth – tutorial here.
- Finish the two quilts I have mostly done for the boys. Stippling and such always scares me.
- Ampersand wallhanging
- Puzzle bookcase for our media center. Directions here from Knock Off Wood.
- Christmas cards for 2010
- Make my own homemade Vanilla Extract with this recipe from Simply Recipes.
- Also make my own homemade liqueurs.
- A T-shirt rug for the Master Bath using this tutorial from XO Elle.
- Finish putting together, painting, decorating, and organizing my craft room, AKA the S.M.O.R (Sewing Machine Operations Room)
- This gorgeous Console Table from Knock Off Wood.
- A Woolie Rag Quilt from Sew4Home
- Various Buntings, for color and fun, like this one from Etsy.
- Make a Framed Jewelry Holder for myself, via Centsational Girl
- Hearthstone Pillows!
- A gorgeous and dreamy terrarium, like this one from The Lost Princess.
- A coat or sweater for our Great Dane, Fable. Poor girl is so trim she has no body fat like the rest of us.
- Wall Dominoes. How cool is this tutorial from How I DIY?
- Style At Home’s cute Argyle Fleece Throw
- Travel Tissue Holders.
- A new wallet, and possible coin purse, from the patterns I purchased from Keyka Lou.
- A Hard Drive Clock for my HeartGeek.
- A Home Management Binder. Little Turtle Knits has some great ideas.
- A Chalk board for the front porch
- Make a “Cork” board
- Pillows, pillows, pillows.
- A Hanging Porch Bed for the back porch
- A set of Sketched Trivets, like these from The Long Thread.
- A Willow House in the backyard for the boys. I need to find a good evergreen vine to cover it with.
- Bake my own Sourdough Bread
And I’m sure I’ll add more later. I can never stop wanting to make more.
